JAN REYNOLDS, Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Jan Reynolds, Chief Administrative Officer with MarketHooks Consulting, has been active in the real estate consulting industry since 1997. As a core business partner to the Managing Principal of the firm for over fifteen years, Ms. Reynolds role at MarketHooks Consulting involves assessing organizational performance relative to the annual budget and the overall long-term strategy of the company, implementing systems and programs to help provide critical decision-making financial and operational data to the Managing Principal, and managing the day-to-day financial operations of the firm.
Prior to joining MarketHooks Consulting in 1997, Ms. Reynolds was instrumental in launching DuPont Registry’s Home Magazine for Prudential Florida Realty. This in-house publication focused on promoting luxury properties to an affluent worldwide network of prospective buyers. DuPont Registry’s innovative advertising program was highly influential in the industry of marketing luxury homes, creating an advertising instrument that placed home in front of millions of local, national and international affluent prospective buyers.
Ms. Reynolds began her career in the Kansas City, Missouri, Marketing Department of Mobil Oil. She later moved on to work with the Lakeside Hills Golf Course in Olathe, Kansas, we she was responsible for the financial accounting and day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities also included the facility renovation. In addition, Ms. Reynolds was a licensed Relator in Missouri and worked as an independent commercial/retail site selection consultant for area developers.
In addition to being a respected professional in the real estate community, Ms. Reynolds has also been actively involved with charitable organizations throughout her career. In Florida, she was previously a member of the Clearwater-Dunedin Junior League, serving on the board for three years. Ms. Reynolds is currently involved with the Florida branch of the Children’s Home Society, an organization dedicated to helping abused and orphaned children find new homes.
